Description

These fascinating freshwater shrimp are filter feeders and require good flow and perfectly clean water. High oxygen levels are needed and they must be fed a very fine particle food.

Bamboo shrimp will often find a perch somewhere where the water flow is at it’s highest and extend their filters out to capture fine particles of food as it passes by.

Origin: South East Asia

Live shrimp will be sent in a heated polybox using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please leave a note at the checkout if you have a preferred day. We dispatch live shrimp Monday – Thursday. Please ensure someone is at home to take delivery of the shrimp and begin acclimating them straight away.
